These terms govern your use of the ToadEx Inc. ("ToadEx", "we", "us") website at toadex.ca. Restaurant customers who subscribe to the ToadEx kiosk service are additionally governed by their subscription agreement with us; if the two conflict, the subscription agreement applies.
ToadEx provides self-service ordering kiosks for restaurants on a monthly or annual subscription. Kiosk hardware is provided and managed by ToadEx as part of your subscription and is returned to us when a subscription ends. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per kiosk and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are billed for the full term upfront and are not refunded for the remainder of the term on cancellation.
You may use this site for your own business evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for a competing service. Demo bookings are requests, not commitments; we will contact you to confirm scheduling.
The ToadEx name, logo, software, and site content are owned by ToadEx Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to them beyond viewing and using the site as intended.
Any figures on this site (such as average order value lift) reflect results observed across ToadEx deployments and are illustrative. Results vary by menu, volume and location, and are not a guarantee of future performance.
The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToadEx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability relating to the kiosk service is set out in the applicable subscription agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
